OHIM is the European Union agency responsible for the registration of trademarks and designs that are valid in all EU-member states. The Community trade mark (CTM) and registered Community design (RCD) are the gateway to the European single market – providing protection for Intellectual Property Rights throughout the European Union, which covers 27 countries and almost 500m people.
