Rapidshare Fined for Filesharing
Rapidshare is a popular filesharing network, in which members pay a membership fee to be able to download files from Rapidhare's network, files that are copyrighted.  A German Court has now ruled that the site violates copyright law.  The decision focuses specifically on the site's music files.  See the article here.
