10 Myths About Copyright Law
Due to all the legislation and court cases related to copyright, some have become quite confused as to what is legal and what isn't.  In light of this confusion, here are 10 myths about copyright law.  Follow these rules to avoid getting caught up in litigation.  You can see the blog here.
 
Internet Use a Universal Right?
Is Internet access a right or a privilege?  According to the French Court, it is it a universal right.  The Court referred to the Declaration of Man, stating that certain rights are unalienable and cannot be limited by the Government.  Internet access has now been added to this list, at least in France.  See the rest of the story here.
 
 
 
 
 
Why do USPTO Fees Differ?
