 Internet Use a Universal Right?
Is Internet access a right or a privilege? According to the French Court, it is it a universal right. The Court referred to the Declaration of Man, stating that certain rights are unalienable and cannot be limited by the Government. Internet access has now been added to this list, at least in France.
