YouTube Sued for Copyright Infringement
The French music company SPFF has sued YouTube for copyright infringement, requesting that YouTube take down its copyrighted material from its site. While the content was only put back up by individual users, SPFF is suing YouTube because the content was never permanently removed. You can see the blog here.

When it comes to IP news, the toy industry is usually quiet, but disputes regularly occur even if they are easily settled.
