Google Sued Over Keyword Ads
According to a recent Appellate Court ruling, Google may face a possible trademark infringement lawsuit for selling keywords that activate ads. Keyword advertisement is a lucrative business with a lot of money invested in it. More of this issue can be viewed here.

Can I Trademark My Name?
