Does Google Artificially Favor Some Search Results Over Others?
A news report began spreading on the internet late last week alleging that Google claims its staff selects the stories that will appear high on the search engine's results.  Google itself is saying nothing about the story right now.  What should Google do to reclaim its good name?  Ron Coleman has the story.

Footwear Patent Battle Is Over
Skechers has agreed to stop producing several lines of footwear after settling a dispute with Crocs.  Crocs alleged that the "Wooly Bully" and "Low Tide" line of shoes were a violation of its patents.  So who got the fair end of the deal?  Daily Dose of IP has the story.


Exotic Dancer "Outfits" Cannot Be Trademarked
