Home > VoiceVerified Wins Patent Approval for Voice Authentication System
06.07.2008

NEW HOPE, PA - VoiceVerified Inc., a software as a service (SaaS) provider of voice biometric technologies, announced the patent approval of its proprietary Point Service Provider (PSP) hosted platform.

The US Patent and Trademark Office granted Patent # 7,340,042 to VoiceVerified for its unique system and method of providing voice authentication to institutional customers having consumers or users.

The PSP patent strengthens the company’s Intellectual Property (IP) assets, which includes the proprietary, patent protected by Voice® voice biometric software, a speaker authentication solution that balances security with consumer convenience.

“We continue to position ourselves for future growth in the relatively untapped self-service call center speaker authentication market,” Chief Technology Officer of VoiceVerified Peter Soufleris said.

“We believe our Intellectual Property assets will allow us to provide unique SaaS solutions to our current and prospective clients,” he added.

Earlier this year, VoiceVerified was recognized with a 2008 Technology Innovator Award from the New York Metro Chapter of the American Teleservices Association at its 4th annual Technology Forum and Supplier Exhibition.
