Commerce Secretary Gutierrez Names New Members to Patent & TM Public Advisory Committees

The US Commerce Secretary Carlos M. Gutierrez recently named new members to the PPAC and the TPAC. They will serve three-year terms on the committees, which advise the Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the USPTO on the management of patent and trademark operations, respectively, including goals, performance, budget and user fees.
